Chest Pains at Chelmsford High, Woman Hyperventilates at Police Station

Information provided by the Chelmsford Fire Department.

The following incidents were provided by the Chelmsford Fire Department, taking place between May 4 and May 10.

Sunday, May 4

  • At 6:59 a.m. a 36-year-old who recently had a C-section was experiencing abdominal pain on Lamplighter Lane.
  • An odor of natural gas was reported inside a building on Richardson Road.
Monday, May 5
  • An ambulance was called to Village Square for a report that two people fell outside a business.
  • On Tyngsboro Road a call for public assistance was made for a woman stuck inside a bathroom.
  • Fire engines reported a 30 to 40 foot brush fire on Jessie Road.
Tuesday, May 6
  • An 80-year-old woman took a fall on Summer Street and was suffering pain to her right side.
  • At 2:41 a.m. a 33-year-old man was found in the road on Brick Kiln Road near Chelmsford Forum.
  • Inside the Lighthouse School on Wellman Ave., a 48-year-old man reported chest pain in the nurse's office.  
Wednesday, May 7
  • A motor vehicle crash with possible injuries was called in on Route 495 near Exit 32.
Thursday, May 8
  • An elderly woman on Boston Road reported that she was having a reaction to medication.
  • On North Road, a 14-year-old boy suffered a possibly broken clavicle.
  • At 3:02 p.m. a report came in from a 46-year-old man who said he took too much cough medicine.
Friday, May 9
  • An emergency medical call was received from Prescott Drive for a plumbing contractor who sliced the tip of his finger.
  • A staff member from Chelmsford High School suffered from chest pains, and an ambulance arrived to the scene at 12:40 p.m.
  • At 5:42 p.m. a 65-year-old female was found unresponsive but breathing on Littleton Road.
Saturday, May 10
  • A vehicle versus pedestrian accident was reported on North Road with unknown injury.
  • A woman was hyperventilating inside the lobby of the Chelmsford Police Department.
  • On Wightman Street, a 16-year-old male suffered a broken ankle.
