Chelmsford Police Make Fugitive From Justice Arrest

Chelmsford Police Department officers made multiple arrests in recent days. Below are those arrests, which do not indicate a conviction.
Monday, January 27
- Kim Woisoon, 52, of 853 Mass Ave., Cambridge, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle after a revoked registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and an outstanding warrant for trespassing.
- Police arrested Juan E. Berganza, 31, of 270 Littleton Road, Chelmsford, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle after a suspended license and defective equipment.
- Samantha J. Moreira, 24, of 34 Robert Bigelow Street, Chelmsford, was arrested as a fugitive from justice.
- Brian Andrew Jopson, 44, of 112 Pawtucket Blvd., Tyngsboro, was arrested for violating a domestic restraining order.
