Chelmsford Police Make A Dozen Arrests Last Week

Oct. 7

Stephanie LaBranche, 25, of 113 Third St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged larceny property damage over $250.

Oct. 8

Holly Minutolo, 20, of 19 Kiberd Dr. in Chelmsford was arrested for alleged assault and battery.

Melissa Minutolo, 25, of 19 Kiberd Dr. in Chelmsford was arrested for alleged assault and battery.

Vagner Santos, 52, of 150 Princeton St. in Chelmsford was arrested for alleged assault and battery.

Oct. 9

Joseph Cannon Sherod, 22, of 94 Rock St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon and making annoying phone calls.

Oct. 10

Joseph Babine, 33, of 416 Walker St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged shoplifting, resisting arrest and an outstanding warrant for earlier charges.

Michael Baez, 33, of 311 Lowell St. in Andover was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, speeding and marked lane violations.

Kelley Wallace, 39, of 82 Brick Kiln Rd. in Chelmsford was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operation of a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker.

Oct. 11

Jimmy Tran, 54, of 25 Smith Ave. in Lowell was arrested for alleged larceny of property over $250.

Oct. 13

Meredith Ann Howard, 19, of 10A Eayers Pond Rd. in Hudson, NH was arrested for alleged larceny of property over $250.

Corey Milinazzo, 23, of 62 Mobile Ave. in Chelmsford was arrested for alleged assault and battery.
