Chelmsford Police Arrest Three for Assault and Battery

Chelmsford Police Department officers made several arrests in recent days. Below are those arrests, which do not indicate a conviction.
Monday, April 21
- Two women were reported to be arguing on Littleton Road, and possibly fighting. Following the incident, Chelmsford Police arrested Brandi Leigh Kerns, 35, of 24 Duff Thompson Lane, Lee, N.H. Kerns was charged with two counts of assault and battery.
- Police were called to Sterling Place for a report of a domestic assault incident after a man was allegedly out of control. Cameron M. Dorrington, 18, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
- On Parkhurst Road, Chelmsford Police were dispatched for a report of a shoplifter. Nina J. Gitangu, 30, of 1339 Pawtucket Blvd., Lowell, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation of merchandise and operating a motor vehicle after license suspension.
- A domestic incident was reported in progress on Jordan Street. Danielle E. Sorenson, 25, of 138 Bedford Street, Burlington, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
