Chelmsford Police Arrest Princeton Street Man for Alleged OUI

Nov. 11
Jonathan Fontanez, 23, of 82 Brick Kiln Rd. in Chelmsford was arrested on an outstanding warrant for alleged driving with a suspended license and number plate violations.
Nov. 12
Raymond McKennon, 31, of 502 Redwood Ln. in Lowell was arrested for alleged assault and battery.
Nov. 13
Peter Dunn, 22, of 35 Nottingham Dr. in Nashua was arrested for an alleged suspended license.
Nov. 16
Wilfred Gonzalez-Vargas, 32, of 810 Broadway St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
Nov. 17
Janet Kemp, 51, of 146 Stevens St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged shoplifting and an outstanding warrant for alleged larceny under $250.
Chad McDowell, 27, of 216 Princeton St. in N. Chelmsford was arrested for alleged failure to stay in marked lanes and operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor.
