Chelmsford Police Arrest Lowell Teen For Alleged Aggrevated Assault and Battery

Nov. 18
Jeannette Aponte-Ortiz, 27, of 193 Hildreth St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, illegal possession of a class C drug and larceny of property over $250.
Jowanna Melo, 18, of 193 Hildreth St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged aggravated assault and battery and larceny of property over $250.
Nov. 23
Debra Cappello, 38, of 8 Long Lake Rd. in Littleton was arrested for alleged shoplifting.
Anthony Keith Smith, 30, of 438 Adams St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and outstanding warrants for speeding with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and no inspection sticker.
Nov. 24
Janitza Ivette Arache, 21, of 216 Mount Hope St. in Lowell was arrested on an outstanding warrant for operating a uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle.
