Chelmsford Man Arrested for Drug Possession, Resisting Arrest

Chelmsford Police Department officers made several arrests in recent days. Below are those arrests, which do not indicate a conviction.

Monday, July 7

  • Police were called for a drug offense on Tyngsboro Road. Multiple officers responded and arrested Frank Medeiros Jr., 26, of 160 Wellman Ave., North Chelmsford. He was charged with illegal possession of a Class A substance and resisting arrest.
  • Nicholas D. Paris, 23, of 30 Worthen Street, Chelmsford, was arrested on three outstanding warrants. The warrants he was taken into custody on were for malicious destruction of property greater than $250, identity fraud, and resisting arrest.
  • On Columbia Street and North Road, officers stopped a vehicle at 1:22 a.m. Following the stop, police arrested Martha A. Rappe, 49, of 212 Dalton Road, Chelmsford. Rappe was charged with operating under the influence of liquor and failure to stay in marked lanes.
  • Following a domestic incident, police arrested Michael Steele, 29, of 222 Arboretum Way, Burlington. Steele was charged with domestic assault and battery.
