Chelmsford and Lowell Residents Arrested for Drug Offenses on Littleton Road

Chelmsford Police Department officers made several arrests in recent days. Below are those arrests, which do not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, May 14

  • Multiple Chelmsford officers responded to Littleton Road for drug offenses. Following the incident, Anthony C. Dearth, 45, of 41 Holman Street, Tewksbury, was arrested and charged with illegal possession of a Class A substance. He was also charged with conspiracy to violate controlled substance laws.
  • In the same incident on Littleton Road, Kailene M. McInnis, 21, of 22 Bear Hill Road, Billerica, was taken into custody. McInnis was charged with distribution of Class A drugs, possession with intent to distribute drugs, and conspiracy to violate controlled substance laws.
Friday, May 16
  • Following a traffic stop on Drum Hill Road near Radio Shack, police returned with one person in custody. John S. McLaughlin, 31, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, second offense, and operating a motor vehicle recklessly to endanger.
Saturday, May 17
  • Jose L. Fuentes, 21, of 353 Pawtucket Blv., Lowell, was arrested on a warrant for receiving stolen property less than $250.
