Boston Road Man Charged With Alleged Assault of an Officer

Tuesday, Nov. 27

• Stephen Stirk, 23, of 137 Midland Ave. in Lowell was arrested for alleged possession of burglary tools and reception of stolen property worth more than $250.

Wednesday, Nov. 28

• Antonio Rossiter, 20, of 41 Boston Rd. in North Billerica was arrested for alleged possession of a class A substance with intent to distribute and illegal possession of a class B susbstance.
• Damien Santos, 26, of 187 Searles Rd. in Nashua, NH was arrested for allegedly failing to stop for police, with additional charges for operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, reckless endangerment while operating a motor vehicle, special light violations, special motor vehicle regulations regarding speed and travel in prohibited areas, failure to keep at least 400 feet of unobstructed sight, marked lane violations, operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked license, and operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Santos was also wanted on charges of alleged destruction of property during a felonius breaking and entering and other motor vehicle charges with a suspended license during another incident. 

Thursday, Nov. 29

• Arthur Frechette, 35, of 70 Boston Rd. in Chelmsford was arrested for alleged disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, assault and battery on a police officer and attempting to commit a crime.
