Billerica Man Arrested for Third OUI After Stopped With Open Container in Vehicle

Chelmsford Police Department officers made several arrests in recent days. Below are those arrests, which do not indicate a conviction.

Saturday, May 10

  • Police arrested Naihomy Baez-Soto, 18, of 30 Brooks Street, Lowell, on an outstanding warrant. In addition, Baez-Soto was charged with operating a motor vehicle without being in possession of a license and misuse of a handicap placard.
  • At 6:19 p.m. on Dunstable Road near Mission Road, police received a report of an erratic operator. Following a traffic stop, officers arrested David L. Taylor, 56, of 231 Pond Street, Billerica. Taylor was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, third offense. He also faces charged of operating a motor vehicle recklessly to endanger, failure to stay in marked lanes, and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Sunday, May 11
  • Gabriel A. Diaz, 26, of 706 Chelmsford Street, Lowell, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
  • A domestic argument was reported on Littleton Road. Police responded to the scene and arrested Arlana D. Marshall, 26, of 270 Littleton Road, Chelmsford. Marshall was charged with two counts of assault and battery.
