Arrests for Assault and Battery, Drug Possession

The Chelmsford Police Department officers made several arrests in recent days. Below are those arrests, which do not indicate a conviction.
Monday, Aug. 19
- Officers arrested Kevin Dutra, 21, from 300 Park View Ave. in Lowell and charged him with receiving stolen property, harassment, threats, and larceny.
- Officers arrested Michael Clark, 23, from 46 Pawtucket St. in Tyngsboro and charged him with operating after license suspension and possession of a class E substance.
- Officers arrested Mohammad Akthar, 57, from 360 Littleton Road in Chelmsford and charged him with two counts of assault and battery.
- Officers arrested Robert Dallaire, 54, from Main Street in Tewksbury and charged him with operating with a suspended license, operating with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
- Officers arrested Jecksan Rodriguez, 24, from 75 Sandy Pond Road in Ayer and charged him with threats, assault and battery, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
