Because of Aaron Hernandez I am aware with holding of surveillance tapes is obstruction of justice. I did security at UPS from Jan 04 to Jul 05. I watched Mark Kelly at UPS say those cameras are for decoration only to the police on several occasions is there a way to search the police data base to see how often UPS with holds the tapes from the police? They have 9 mounted cameras that work just fine, and a black room full of cameras.
