my experience with County oil aka Marchand oil colonial Oil

please beware. According to Mr Marchand he owns County or oil and the others. I have been getting oil from County for over a year during the good weather. on New Years I made a request for oil. I was contacted with a promise delivery date of Saturday. I called them and told them I was out of oil and needed a delivery ASAP. They told me to go buy diesel and prime my own tank they would be there on Saturday morning. At 3 p.m. I called they still had not arrived they promised a phone call before they arrived. Last night at 6:02 p.m. when it was so cold Mr. Marchand first said he could not find us on main street and refused to bring us or oil. we please did with him told him we were out of oil. He said too bad at any time he can decide not to bring oil. I told him we had a frozen pipe. Still he said not my problem. If you do not want this to happen to you I would suggest not using this company
