Joe Ready Will Hard Work For ALL Residents

Joe’s core-value plan addresses concerns shared by all residents and provide the relief we deserve.  Joe’s plan assures Chelmsford remains a “Top 30 Best Places to Live”.  He is committed to tax relief, improving the schools and maintaining the programs and facilities which make Chelmsford a great place to live.  He will do this without resorting to short-term gimmicks.  His core plan frames the strategic planning rather than simply advocating the need for one.

Joe’s tax relief plan returns money to residents and goes beyond a one-year giveback.  His plan jump-starts the redeployment of existing buildings, making it more attractive for businesses, large and small, to locate here.  This approach raises commercial sector tax revenues and provides tax relief for all.  His ideas for creating partnerships between government and businesses focuses on energizing the system to bring in grants and funds for schools, seniors’ activities and the community overall.  This creates value and brings tax dollar relief to all residents.

Joe will make sure our schools maintain their superior quality of education.  He knows that this helps hold up the values of our homes.  Decreasing home values hits all residents in the pocketbook.  Joe’s statement “fees are another means of tax” hits home.  We are taxed and taxed.  Reaching out to create partnerships will help bring “overtaxed relief.”

Joe’s mantra of improving the community by realizing that we have to help every resident is what we need.  When Bob Joyce responded about schools, he said, “they have to ….”  The schools are part of us; not a “they”.  There is no “they” in Joe’s outlook.  It is a “we” outlook.

We, as a community, need someone willing to work hard for all of us.  There can be no “they”.  We want someone who will work as part of a team to provide us with tax relief and needed services.  This is why Joe’s plan stands out.  It provides short and long-term tax relief for us, the residents of Chelmsford by bringing in money from the corporate sector.  Through creative ideas to tap sources of additional funding, Joe work to make sure Chelmsford is an affordable place to live.  Joe’s plan makes sure we all win.
