Jams at Farmer's Market

I notice that Jams & Jellies were missing in the article about the Chelmsford's Farmer Market for this Thursday? Should change the name of the event to "Licensed Vendor" Market?  In historical district, it is a shame that homemade goods  cannot be sold. It could be start of a small business.
