Best Fitness Drum hill SCAM

Has anyone else had a difficult time with Best Fitness on Drum Hill?  I am in the middle of a big issue with them refusing to cancel my account despite the fact that I have jumped through every hoop they have given me.  Seems the BBB and MA AG have received complaints about them as well.  I am looking for anyone else who has gone through this pain!
