Chelmsford resident James Rust died on Nov. 23 at Memorial Veterans Hospital in Bedford.
Born in Manchester, NH, he served in the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II, eventually going to work as a boiler installer in Concord for Concord Oil Company.
