Born in Chelmsford, Bill Cormick Was Retired Truck Driver
William Cormick, 74, was born in Chelmsford and moved to Georgia where he retired.
The following is an obituary courtesy of Flanigan Funeral Home in Buford, Georgia.
Mr. William "Bill" Cormick, age 74, born in Chelmsford and a resident of Flowery Branch, Georgia, passed away on Monday, July 7.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Dawn Boyd Cormick; children, Clinton and Gloria Cormick, Lexington, S.C., Stuart and Cathy Cormick, Jefferson, Ga., Reta Marie Cormick, Flowery Branch, Ga., and Tamala and Lee Boon, Wainwright, Alberta, Canada; five grandchildren; sister Betty Quintal, Florida; brothers Robert and Carol Cormick, Tampa, Fla., and Jimmy Cormick, Florida.
Mr. Cormick was born Dec. 8, 1939, in Chelmsford, Mass. He was a retired truck driver from Waste Management in Norcross for the past 15 years.
Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, July 10, 2014, in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with the Rev. Eric Shelton officiating. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 9, 2014, from 6-8 p.m.
