2011 Chelmsford High Grad Passed Away on Sunday

Jacob Christensen, age 20 a Chelmsford HS Class of 2011 graduate, passed away on Sunday, December 22.  Jacob was born in suburban Chicago, IL on February 23, 1993 and moved with his immediate family to Chelmsford before his 3rd birthday.  He is survived by his parents; Anne and John Christensen; and his sisters Elizabeth and Rachel Christensen. 

Jacob had a heartwarming personality that endeared him to so many.  His compassion, friendship, and sense of humor will be remembered by his hundreds of admirers.

Visitation will be held at the BLAKE FUNERAL HOME, 24 Worthen Street, CHELMSFORD, on Monday, December 30, 2013 from 4 until 8 pm.  His Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 10 o’clock at the funeral home.  Interment in Pine Ridge Cemetery in Chelmsford.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to: The Right Turn (www.right-turn.org/donate-to-right-turn) or to Michael’s House (www.michaelshouse.com).  Funeral Director, Paul A.
