Family Sizes Are Smaller On Drum Hill

Of Chelmsford's eight Census Data Tracts, only Drum Hill had an average family size of less than three people.

Home Phones Are More Scarce On Drum Hill

Home phones usage was also lower than the town average in North Chelmsford and along Littleton Road while most homes in the Westlands, the Brentwood Road area and South Chelmsford were likely to have landline hookups. 

Chelmsford Has No Teenage Moms According to U.S. Census

There are a few in Lowell and Billerica, but according to the U.S. Census 2011 American Communities Survey, there were none in Chelmsford.

Chelmsford Has No Million Dollar Homes

The contrast was striking in comparison to Carlisle in the south, where one in four homes is worth over $1 million.
