Of Chelmsford's eight Census Data Tracts, only Drum Hill had an average family size of less than three people.
Home Phones Are More Scarce On Drum Hill
Home phones usage was also lower than the town average in North Chelmsford and along Littleton Road while most homes in the Westlands, the Brentwood Road area and South Chelmsford were likely to have landline hookups.
