The Lowell YMCA offers 8-week Weight
Loss Program with Small Group Personal Training, Workouts and Nutritional
Guidance.
March 31 – May 24, Mon-Fri.,
Six, Three, Two and One day per week programs available. Mornings 11AM,
evenings 6:15PM and Sat. 9AM sessions
available.
