Realtors Prep Classes respond to Market Demands

Westford: The median selling price for single family homes
in February 2014 is up 7.3 percent from last year. The real estate market is
HOT, and realtors are looking to hire new and energetic  sales forces.
These statistics – found on the Massachusetts Real Estate Association web site
– are some of the reasons that Nashoba Tech will be offering a real estate
licensing course in the summer of 2014. The 40 hour preparation for the Mass.
Realtors Exam is offered in conjunction with the Real Estate Institute of
Massachusetts and is in compliance with all state and local mandates. Classes
will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
(coincidently – the same hours as Summer Experience at NT!) beginning on July
7. Course will take place at Nashoba Tech, 100 Littleton Rd., Westford,
MA  (Workforce funding may be available to employers looking to train
existing staff members in this exciting, growth field.)
