Muay Thai Kickboxing FREE Trial Class
Skill of Strength’s brand new Muay Thai Kickboxing group training program begins in September 2013, but try out one of three free classes this August and see what the program is all about.
These classes are great for clients who want a physical and mental challenge, and who enjoy learning new forms of training.
This physical and mental discipline is known as “the art of eight limbs” because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins and feet, From powerful punches, furious kicks, piercing knee strickes to crushing elbows and skillful grappling, Muay Thai has it all.

The goal of Muay Thai training is the development of the whole self, enriching participant’s physical and moral well-being. With consistent training in Muay Thai, you will notice a decrease in fat, an increase in muscle, and an improvement in your self-confidence.
