Introduction to the Kettlebell Swing Workshop
Learn the basics of the foundational kettlebell exercise, the kettlebell swing. In these one-hour introductory workshops, we teach participants to properly swing a kettlebell. Whether you are a current kettlebell athlete looking to refine your swing technique or if you are a beginner looking to start training with kettlebells, this workshop is appropriate for you.
