Fitness Workshop: Introduction to Kettlebell Training

Learn how you can burn up to 34 calories per hour using kettlebells!

In these two-hour introductory workshops, we teach participants to properly swing a kettlebell. We also teach the kettlebell goblet squat and the turkish get up.

Whether you are a current kettlebell athlete looking to improve your technique or a beginner looking to start training with kettlebells, this workshop is appropriate for you.
