Teen Sports

This program is for
teens who want to enhance their sports performance and works to improve their
athletic needs through weight training, agility drills and cardio
endurance.  Ages 12-17 years.  Class meets for 45 minutes Monday’s for
6 weeks from 7:30-8:15pm. 

Winter I Session – 2013

Beginning January 21, 2013 - Ends February 25, 2013

6 week -Sessions Fee:

$ 90 (YMCA Members)

$110 (Program Member)


Class Times:

Monday           7:30PM – 8:15PM
