If you've ever wanted to try and create some interesting dishes but weren't sure how to use some new ingredients, this course is for you. Our trip includes hands-on instruction in some of the popular dishes from Greece, India, Thailand, Korea, China, Jamaica, Spain and Italy that you can easily make at home with ingredients you'll be able to find in your local supermarket. We will cover how to work with ingredients such as phyllo dough, basmati rice, quinoa, Jamaican Jerk, rice noodles, and spice combinations from around the globe. Each class will focus on a different country with tested recipes and all ingredients.
