Dru yoga is for adults of all ages and fitness levels. It's easy to do and a great experience. Its soft, flowing, yet powerful movements build a heightened feeling of positivity, while rejuvenating a sense of your whole being. Join us if you want to increase energy levels, dissolve stress, balance emotions, create confidence and develop well being. Please bring a yoga mat or towel and water.
