CREATING PEACE IN YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE
Attention: 2 weeks beginning February 4th-February 11th
This two-week workshop will offer participants an opportunity to learn and practice meditation, gentle movement, and breathing techniques that decrease stress and anxiety. In addition, we will discuss ways to eliminate thought and behavior patterns that increase stress and prevent a sense of well-being.
