Chelmsford Crossings to Host Heroes BBQ

The public is invited to learn about “Chelmsford 
Crossings’ Annual Heroes BBQ,” which is taking place at 11:30 Am., on Wednesday, August 7th at Chelmsford Crossings senior living community. The community is 
located at 199 Chelmsford St., Chelmsford, Mass.

Each year the residents and associates of Chelmsford Crossings honor the Police Department, Fire Department, EMT services and the Town of Chelmsford as a thank you for all that they do to make our community as wonderful and safe as it is every day. There will be entertainment, delicious food and giveaways for all of the heroes that attend. This year the residents and associates have been working hard to fundraise to honor another Chelmsford Hero, Jeff Bauman who was injured during the Boston Marathon bombing. They have been busy raising money through bake sales, jewelry sales, contests and raffles and plan to donate all proceeds to the Bucks for Bauman fund after August 7th.
