On the heels of her weekly Facebook initiative, Chelmsford’s member of Congress is now holding a Town Hall-style meeting entirely on Twitter.
Representative Niki Tsongas (D-Lowell) invites constituents from the Third District on Monday between 4 and 5 p.m. to ask questions directly on her Twitter feed.
