Teenager Arrested For Alleged Assault and Battery During Fourth of July Week

July 2
· Patrick McLaughlin, 19, of 42 Moore St. in Chelmsford was arrested for alleged assault and battery, malicious destruction of property and resisting arrest
· Michael Steele, 29, of 371 Albion St. in Wakefield was arrested for alleged shoplifting
