Unfortunately I think it is better to report who has power, gas and Internet. Yesterday afternoon: Brick house pizza, Papa Gino's, Subway and the gas station across from 110 ball field were operational. Don't know of any Internet though

I was out in on the Road on Sunday between 10-2. I did not see one National Grid truck. I drove through 5 towns. Billerica, Bedford, Lowell, Lowell, Westford and Carsilse. What is up. Where are the utility trucks. I didn't see even one. That is very scary to me. I feel like I am living in a third world country.

at that time? The main drags that you drove through were probably lower priority than things like substations, hospitals, and major transmission lines throughout the state that got cut off. Doesn't help for them to be wasting time on little residential streets when the power is interrupted somewhere up the chain.

From North Chelmsford, lost power Saturday, 10/29 at 6:50 PM, Monday, 10/31 National grid posted my service would be back by Thursday, 11/3 at midnight. Tuesday (11/1) morning they changed it to 11/1 at 8 PM, then last night they updated their posting to midnight. Here it is 11/2, Wednesday AM, and still no power. National Grid latest udpate is power should be on by midnight tonight (11/2), I am getting the feeling they have no clue. of course for better service I can call the national grid hotline and listen to their very detailed recorded message on the status of my service...
