Chelmsford High School senior Brad Alber is the recipient of the 2013 Jacob Elmore Scholarship. The award is presented annually by the Chelmsford Hockey Association (CHA) to a college bound senior who demonstrates integrity, honesty, sportsmanship, and a determination to reach for higher goals.
Brad is a long-time member of CHA, and has served as a volunteer for CHA's Learn to Skate program and team goalie coach. Brad will be attending Michigan State University in the fall.
