Skill of Strength’s COMPETE Sports Performance Training is a principle-based training program specifically designed for high school and collegiate athletes. We are very specific about how we educate and train our athletes. We don’t believe in cookie-cutter programming which is why every athlete receives an initial evaluation and a personalized training program.

Each athlete has his or her own story, injury history, athletic background and goals. We keep each of those components in mind as we develop individual strength training programs for athletes. Each athlete will progress at a rate that is challenging and goal-oriented.

At Skill of Strength, an experienced strength coach supervises athletes at all times. We place a strong emphasis on fundamentals and we are adamant that proper technique is executed every time an athlete performs an exercise.
