The following is an announcement.

Earlier this month, Workers’ Credit Union officially celebrated the grand opening of its 15th branch in Hannaford Supermarket, 66 Drum Hill Road.

“This is a great location that will allow our members to consolidate their shopping and banking into one stop,” said Doug Petersen, president and CEO of Workers’ Credit Union.

This marks the second credit union branch in a retail setting for the organization according to Petersen. “Our members will appreciate the convenience of its accessibility while shopping and it’s only a few miles from our Turnpike Road office, which is a full service branch with insurance and investment representatives, and loan officers, in addition to a drive up window.”

Michael Gaudette has been named assistant vice president and branch manager for the new location, which is open Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
