A Chelmsford office building was recently sold for more than $39.4 million to a Boston-based financial group.
Boston Business Journal reported that Tritower Financial Group, a real estate investment and management firm, recently closed a deal for an office building located at 300 Apollo Drive in Chelmsford.
The deal, according to Boston Business Journal, was for a total of $39.4 million. The building is located near Interstate 495 and Route 3.
"Tritower Financial Group, LLC is a private real estate investment and management firm whose principals have over 80 years of collective experience in commercial real estate investing throughout the United States," Tritower says on its website. "Over the past 25 years, the principals have structured over 75 separate real estate syndications, both public and private, with a value in excess of $3 billion. Over this time, we have successfully established a broad investor base that includes thousands of high net worth and institutional investors."
