Evolution Mind & Body Opens September 21 on Summer Street

Chelmsford residents now have exciting choices to add to their fitness routines. On Saturday, September 21, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Evolution Mind & Body, at 7 Summer St., in Chelmsford will open its doors to the public. The Grand Opening will allow interested members to tour the facility, meet the owners and instructors and have an opportunity to experience their programs for FREE.

Throughout the day, there will be classes in Pilates, yoga and Barre, the newest form of conditioning and muscle tone exercise sweeping the nation. See the schedule below for times.

Evolution Mind & Body is currently taking registrations for classes that will begin Monday, September 23, and are offered seven days a week from early morning through the evening.

Evolution Mind & Body is owned by cousins, Chelmsford resident Erin Chiesa and Acton resident Victoria Dickinson. Both are certified and trained in Balance Body, Barre and Pilates and have extensive dancing backgrounds. Dickinson, recently switched careers as a lawyer to follow her passion in fitness training, a profession she now shares with her brother who is a yoga instructor in Boston.

Grand Opening Schedule:

Tours, Meet the Instructors: 9-10:30 a.m., 1-2 p.m., 3-3:30 p.m., 4-4:30 p.m.

Barre Classes:  12:30-1 p.m., 4:30-5 p.m.

Pilates Classes: 10:30-11 a.m., 3:30-4 p.m.

15-Minute Pilates Reformer Orientation: 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Yoga Class: 2-3 p.m., taught by special guest, Best of Boston Yoga Instructor Mark Finneran
