Chelmsford-Based Business Announces Expansion
Hittite Microwave Corporation announced this week that it is buying a California-based business.
Chelmsford-based Hittite Microwave Corp. announced earlier this week that is is expanding by purchasing a California-based company.
According to a report in the Boston Business Journal, Hittite will buy Keragis Corp., a company based in San Diego, Calif., that provides high-power, wideband amplifier modules.
Boston Business Journal reported that the official closing of the deal will happen within 90 days, and that as a result of the purchase, Hittite's stock price jumped to over $64 per share.
