Chelmsford Friendly's Celebrating New Look With Weeklong Deal

Restaurant customers can purchase a burger and Fribble for $2 starting on Monday.

Friendly's in Chelmsford has a new look. And for a week, customers can enjoy a few of their favorite treats for a new price as well.

The Boston Road location, which originally opened its doors on June 1, 1968, has what its headquarters called a "refreshed appearance and updated menu."

Among the new menu items are turkey tips, bananas foster pancakes, the Friendly's All-American Dog, and also improvements to existing dishes.

To celebrate the changes, Friendly's is offering a discounted price on one of its more popular choices.

From Monday, June 16, to Sunday, June 22, customers can order an original burger and a 10 ounce junior Fribble combo for just $2.

"Friendly’s on Boston Road ... is one of the many locations to take part in the company’s ongoing initiative to reposition the brand and bring it back to its roots by recreating an iconic dining and ice cream experience," Friendly's said in announcing the weeklong deal.
