Seasonal Flu Clinic Thursday, October 16, 2014

Chelmsford Board of Health second seasonal flu clinic.

The Board of Health will hold the second seasonal flu clinic on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at the Senior Center, 75 Groton Road, Rte 40, North Chelmsford from 4pm to 7pm for all ages 6 months and older. Please bring ALL your insurance cards with you. If you have any questions, please contact the Board of Health office at 978 250 5241 and have a healthy season.
