Board of Health Flu Clinic

Chelmsford Board of Health Seasonal Flu Vaccine Clinic: Thursday, September 26 from 2pm-6pm at the Senior Center, 75 Groton Road, RTE 40, North Chelmsford. From 2pm-4pm vaccines will be given to ages 65 and older. From 4pm-6pm vaccines will be given to everyone ages 6 months and older. Please bring all your insurance cards with you.
