CHS Students at the annual ‘Concours Oratoire Français’

Ms. Meghan Duffy (Grade 12) and Mr. Rodrigo Carrillo-Sanchez (Grade 11) recently represented Chelmsford High School at the annual ‘Concours Oratoire Français’ (oratorical contest) of the Club Richelieu de Lowell.  The Club Richelieu is an organization whose goal is to preserve and promote the French language and culture in communities with a strong francophone heritage.  Both students presented essays, in French, about the advantages of speaking two languages.

Congratulations to Ms. Meghan Duffy for being selected as the winner of the ‘Concours Oratoire’.  She is moving on to the regional contest, to be held in late March.
