5 T: An Outdoor Concert for Kids, a Planning Board Meeting & More

Five things to know in Chelmsford on Wednesday, July 24.

1. For the Kids: Rolie Polie Guacamole, from Brooklyn, N.Y., will be at the MacKay Library Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. Bring chairs or a blanket for the outdoor concert, featuring funk, rock and folk music about eating healthy and staying active.

2. Meetings: The Planning Board will meet Wednesday night at 7 p.m. in the Town Offices to continue discussing the possibility of a flea market permit at 10 Butterfield St. and more.

3. Weather: According to the National Weather Service, Wednesday will be mostly sunny, with a high near 84. The morning will be foggy.
