Will they point out to you that you maybe should file a MA homestead declaration? Will they look in our registry of deeds for you whether you already have one or if you need a newer, better declaration to give you more asset protection? Will they care? Can they?

The Gallery at the Chelmsford Center for the Arts will host a reception for our current&nbsp;exhibit of floral works from the studio of Maureen Baker, including works by students in her studio, along with floral interpretations of works in the CCA Collection on&nbsp;Friday, April 19 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. &nbsp;
About her work,&nbsp;Baker says, “Bringing beauty to our world is my goal in my painting. Color, light, and texture make the ordinary extraordinary. I focus mostly on the reality of our world, only occasionally venturing into the abstract.”
The exhibit will be in the CCA Gallery April 11 through May 21.

The highlight of the evening will not be the traditional Guardian Award but will honor the special person who created this award. Bernie Ready—former Chelmsford Historical Society president and founder of both the Farm Fair and Guardian Awards—will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award for his services to the society. 
 
To begin this special night, we will enjoy dinner catered by Mr. Jack’s Catering in the Ralph Parlee Agricultural Center at the Barrett-Byam Homestead, 40 Byam Road, Chelmsford. The menu will be salad, a selection of Italian entrees, and dessert. Non-alcoholic beverages are included. If you would like an alcoholic beverage, like a favorite bottle of wine, please bring it with you.

St. William of York Church&nbsp;is hosting an Electronics Recycling Event from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday June 1. The collection event will be held in the church parking lot at&nbsp;1351 Main&nbsp;Street.
All electronics, appliances, items with a plug and/or batteries, as well as bicycles in any condition will be accepted and recycled for a small cost as follows:

When you arrive, please follow the cones and directions from the workers. Bring your vehicle as close to the truck or dumpster as possible. Feel free to remain in your vehicle, our workers will unload your items for you. 
Residents from all towns and communities are welcome to recycle. The event will be rain or shine. Computer hard drives will be destroyed during the recycling process, but can be removed on-site at the event for an additional charge. Cash payment is preferred, but checks will be an acceptable form of payments over $30.
