DESCRIPTION:This Women's Self-defense class will give participants a chan
 ce to learn real-world methods to stop&nbsp\;would-be attackers.&nbsp\; 
 Strategies will include awareness of surroundings\, verbal defenses and 
 hand-to-hand techniques.&nbsp\;\nRenshi Rollinson has 13 years experienc
 e in the Martial Arts and holds Black Belt rank in Karate\, Tae Kwon Do\
 , Hapkido and Kobudo weapons training.&nbsp\; In 2009 he won the Massach
 usetts State Championship in Sparring\, and trains competitors who regul
 arly win regional championships.&nbsp\;\nIf you take this class you will
  not only learn how to defend yourself\, you will see yourself as someon
 e worth defending!\nThree classes\, $30per person\; Fridays in January.&
 nbsp\; 1/4\, 1/11\, 1/18 from 6:00-7:00pm.&nbsp\; Women ages 12 and up. 
 Wear comfortable clothing.
