This Women's Self-defense class will give participants a chance to learn real-world methods to stop would-be attackers. Strategies will include awareness of surroundings, verbal defenses and hand-to-hand techniques.
Renshi Rollinson has 13 years experience in the Martial Arts and holds Black Belt rank in Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido and Kobudo weapons training. In 2009 he won the Massachusetts State Championship in Sparring, and trains competitors who regularly win regional championships.
If you take this class you will not only learn how to defend yourself, you will see yourself as someone worth defending!
Three classes, $30per person; Fridays in January. 1/4, 1/11, 1/18 from 6:00-7:00pm. Women ages 12 and up. Wear comfortable clothing.
