The Anxiety Disorders/Chronic Anxiety support group meets every Wednesday from 2-3:30 p.m. at the Chelmsford Senior Center. The group is free and confidential. The group focuses on coping strategies in a supportive setting. Adults of any age are welcome to attend.

The Town of Chelmsford Senior Center is an expansive facility geared towards giving the senior citizens in Chelmsford ample activities and events to ensure a fun-filled and fufilling life.
