Billerica TOPS chapter meets onTuesdays at 5:00 pm at Billerica Town Hall located at 363 Boston Rd in the cafeteria. Visitors are always welcome (preteens, teens, and adults – male and female). First meeting is free.

Regina Jackson, the town's veterans' agent, is a vital source for all Chelmsford veterans. Her office is responsible for coordinating and informing veterans of all the federal and state benefits available to them, including disability services and funeral honors. Jackson also does home appointments, for those unable to come to town hall.
