DESCRIPTION:There is no other refundable state tax credit that puts more 
 money into the wallets of Massachusetts taxpayers 65 and older than the 
 Senior Circuit Tax Break Tax Credit. The tax credit is based on your inc
 ome and the actual real estate taxes or rent paid by you. The maximum cr
 edit for tax year 2012 is $1000. Plus for first time participants\, you 
 can go back three years. Brian Lynch from the Department of Revenue will
